Prices

Prices are as listed, however if you book for 7 consecutive days you will only be charged for 6. This discount applies to high (summer) and low (winter) seasons. When booking for 7 nights or more please email for invoice for discounted price.

All prices include 11% VAT and city tax of 300kr per night

High season (summer)
1 June – 31 August 2019 – 205€ per night or ISK equivalent

Mid seasons
1-31 May and 1-30 September 2019 – 160€ per night or ISK equivalent

Low season (winter )
1 October -30 April  – 140€ per night or ISK equivalent

Apartment 2

High season (summer)
1 June – 31 August 2019 – 195€ per night or ISK equivalent

Mid seasons
1-31 May and 1-30 September 2019 – 150€ per night or ISK equivalent

Low season (winter)
1 Oct – 30 April 130€ per night or ISK equivalent

All bookings include an initial one off complimentary supply of basic breakfast ingredients such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, muesli, bread, butter etc.

No charge for final cleaning…however we do expect that the dishes will be washed and put away after use.

Cot and high chair can be provided on request…no extra charge.

Single fold away bed with extra linen/duvet etc can be provided on request for an extra charge of 35€ or approx 4,500 ISK per night

Refund Policy

Please note that one full days notice must be given to receive a refund less any fees (i.e. before check-in time of 16:00 hrs the previous day).  If less than 24 hours notice given, 100% of the first night will be charged.  If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. If a ‘no show’ the full price of the reservation will be charged.
